REFUND POLICY

Refund Request Process:

If you wish to request a refund, please send an email to jividrivers@gmail.com or contact our customer care numbers. Clearly explain the reasons for your refund request.
Refund Processing:
Upon validating a refund request, we will make reasonable efforts to process it and return the funds to the account specified in the request.

Refunds for Closed Wallets:
As per RBI regulations, refunds for balances in closed wallets are not permitted. Any remaining balance in a closed wallet cannot be returned to the user to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Processing Time and Liability:
While we strive to respond to refund requests promptly, please note that delays may occur due to third-party involvement such as banks and merchants, or in the case of force majeure events beyond our control. We do not assume liability for such delays.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For Customers:
You can cancel a driver service booking anytime through the JIVI Drivers App. However, a cancellation fee of ?60/- may apply if you cancel after the driver is already en route.

For Drivers:
I. Drivers are advised to carefully check and accept duty bookings. Avoid cancelling bookings whenever possible. Repeated cancellation of duties may result in ID restriction.
II. In the event a driver cannot fulfil an advance booking, they must inform the customer in advance and advise them to rebook.
III. Failure to report to a customer for an advance booking will result in a ?100/- fine payable to the company via the payment QR on our website.
